The Origin

Life cracked
me open.

I didn't find Human Design because I was looking for another spiritual practice. I found it because life cracked me open.

In 2020, after the loss of my mother, I found myself asking questions I had never asked before. Questions about purpose. About identity. About who I was beneath the expectations, responsibilities, grief, and survival mode that had shaped so much of my life.

At the time, I was already a business coach with more than a decade of experience helping people build brands, businesses, and income streams. But understanding how to build something isn't the same as understanding yourself.

Human Design didn't give me all the answers. It gave me better questions. And eventually — better decisions.

Why This Exists

Most HD spaces didn't sound like us.

They didn't speak to our experiences. They didn't acknowledge the realities many Black women navigate every day. I wanted a space where Black women could explore Human Design without feeling like they had to become someone else to belong.

My Approach

Human Design is a tool. Not a religion.

My role isn't to tell you who you are. My role is to help you understand yourself well enough to trust your own decisions.

What it's not
  • A religion
  • A cult
  • A personality test
  • A guru's prescription
What it is
  • +A framework
  • +A language for your energy
  • +A tool for better questions
  • +A path back to self-trust
What I Believe

Many of us spent our lives becoming who everyone else needed.

01

Alignment is strategy.

When you stop forcing what doesn't fit your design, the work compounds. This isn't woo — it's energetic ROI.

02

Black women deserve specificity.

Generic frameworks have failed us. The work has to name the actual life — career, family, healing, code-switching, burnout.

03

Self-trust is the destination.

I don't want you to need me forever. I want you to leave with a body that knows its own answers.

Business CoachEntrepreneurWifeMotherCreatorStill Learning

I've spent more than ten years helping people build businesses, systems, and opportunities. Today, I combine that experience with Human Design to help Black women create lives that feel more aligned, sustainable, and authentic.

I live in Raleigh, North Carolina with my husband and son. And I'm still learning myself every day.

You do not need to become someone new. You need permission to become more of who you've been all along.
