My chart looks wrong
Double-check your birth date, exact time, and the city you picked from the dropdown. The calculator only uses the city you select — if you typed a city but didn't pick it from the list, results may be off. Still wrong? Pick Chart issue below and send your details.
I bought a report — where is it?
Most reports deliver in minutes. Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from us. If it's been more than an hour, pick Report or purchase below with the email you used at checkout.
I can't sign in
Try resetting your password from the Sign In page. If your email isn't recognized, you may have signed up with a different one. Pick Account help below and we'll sort it out.
