A six-step walk from insight to embodiment.

    Understand The Chart

    We begin with your Human Design foundation.

    We look at the parts of your chart that matter most for your current season — Type, Strategy, Authority, Profile, Centers, Gates, Channels, conditioning patterns, Not-Self themes, strengths, and decision-making style.

    The goal is not to explain every technical term. The goal is to identify what actually matters for the life question you are bringing.

    Understand The Goal

    Next, we clarify what you are working toward.

    A business goal. A relationship goal. A self-trust goal. A lifestyle shift. A boundary. A decision. A deconditioning pattern. A new rhythm. A personal transformation.

    We name the real thing. Not the polished thing. The real thing.

  3. 03

    Identify The Conditioning

    Here we look at what may be getting in the way.

    Where you are moving against your design. Where you are trying to prove yourself. Where you are overgiving. Where you are ignoring your Authority. Where you are carrying roles that are not yours.

    Where your nervous system, relationships, work, or habits may be asking for change.

  4. 04

    Create Aligned Actions

    We turn insight into action.

    Not overwhelming homework. Not a giant life overhaul. Aligned actions — experiments, boundaries, language, practices, rhythm shifts, decision-making adjustments, business moves, relationship changes, support structures.

    Actions that work with your design instead of forcing you into someone else's formula.

    This is where coaching matters.

    Human Design is an experiment.

    What worked? What did not? Where did resistance show up? Where did clarity show up? Where did your body say yes? Where did your old conditioning try to take over?

    Then we adjust. This is how information becomes embodiment.

This is a perfect example of knowing the Human Design term but needing support implementing it.

Emotional Authority does not mean you never feel excited. It means excitement is not the final answer.

The practice is creating space between the wave and the commitment. Here is what that can look like in real life:

When something exciting arrives — an invitation, an opportunity, a new idea — the part of you that has been trained to be agreeable, generous, available, or fast will want to answer immediately. That impulse is not your Authority. It is conditioning wearing the costume of clarity.

Your work is to install a delay. Not because you can't trust yourself — because you can only trust yourself through the wave, not at the top of it. Try saying: "I'm really drawn to this. Let me sit with it overnight." That sentence is a complete answer.

The resentment isn't a sign you made the wrong choice. It's the body telling you it didn't have a vote. The fix isn't being more careful. The fix is letting your no surface on its own timing — even if that means it shows up a day later than the yes.

For this week, I'd love for you to notice one moment you said yes from the wave. Don't unsay it. Just write down what you would have said if you'd waited 24 hours. We'll work with what comes up next round.
